Month Divemaster Internship (Free, 4 Months)

Our Free PADI Divemaster Internship offers an immersive, hands-on experience designed to go far beyond traditional Divemaster certification. You’ll work alongside our professional team at Poseidon Diving School, assisting real students and divers while developing your confidence, dive planning, and rescue skills. This unique internship prepares you to handle real diving scenarios with professionalism and care.
As a Divemaster Intern, you’ll also have the chance to complete the PADI DSD Leader program, allowing you to supervise and lead Discover Scuba Diving experiences under instructor supervision. It’s an incredible way to gain hands-on experience and immerse yourself in the PADI Pro lifestyle — whether your goal is to work as a Divemaster or continue on to become a PADI Instructor.
